Venison Meatloaf

Ingredients:
500gm Venison mince
500gm Sausage meat
1 cup Breadcrumbs
2 Onions chopped
1 Dessert spoon curry powder
Salt and Pepper
1 Tablespoon chopped parsley
1 Egg
1/2 Cup of Milk
1/2 Cup of Water

Mix all the ingredients together well and shape into loaf.

Sauce:
1 Cup of Water
1 Cup Tomato sauce
1/2 Cup Worcester sauce
4 Tablespoons vinegar
4 Tablespoons lemon juice
2 Teaspoon coffee (yeah, coffee!)
1/2 Cup brown sugar

Bring sauce ingredients to boil, then simmer for 5 minutes.

Method:
Cook loaf for 30 minutes at 175°c. Then remove from the oven and cover with the sauce. Baste frequently and cook for another 45 minutes. Slice, place on the plate, then pour sauce over sliced loaf. Bet you fifty bucks you can’t just eat one serving!
