HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR INVESTMENT

Once you've purchased your first Swazi, you'll end up forcing yourself to take it off.
Unfortunately all clothing needs to be washed, in order to perfom at it's best.

We've got some tips and tricks below, to help give your Swazi the longest life possible.

CHECK YOUR ZIPS & FASTENERS ARE CLOSED


Before washing, make sure you check your pockets for stashables, and ensure all zippers/fasteners are closed.

WE RECOMMEND GRANGERS WASH + REPEL


We recommend using a specialised wash for your technical gear.

The Grangers 2-in-1 Wash + Repel is our product of choice, and is recomended for then entire AEGIS range.

GIVE YOUR GEAR A WELL DESERVED BIRTHDAY!


If it's been a while since you've last given your gear some T.L.C, then take this as your friendly reminder to do a once-over.

Make sure there's no rips, or tears that will hinder your experience. Pop it in the wash with some Grangers and see how it performs.

If you find you need to send your garment back to us for a repair or reproof, you can do that here.

HOW TO WASH YOUR SWAZI

Below, are some easy care washing instructions, to make sure your Swazi stays looking it's best. When you invest in a Swazi garment, you're backed by our Swazi Natural Lifetime Warranty.

Following our washing, and care instructions will not only lengthen the longevity of your garments lifespan, but also improve it's overall performance.

WATERPROOF

TIPS & TRICKS

Before washing your AEGIS® garment, check your pockets for stashables, and ensure all zippers and fasteners are closed.

Warm gentle machine wash in a protective mesh bag (like Guppyfriend™) using a non-detergent soap.

We recommend using a specialised product like Grangers 2-in-1 Wash + Repel to keep your garment waterproof and protected.


ARE YOU GETTING WET?

If you find your garment is wetting out, and you've tried the above, you can always send it back to us for testing and we'll let you know the outcome, as well as some helpful remedys.

We offer reproofing at $25 per garment.

– Rinse thoroughly

– Do not use bleach, or fabric softener

– Tumble dry warm or line dry

– Dry cleanable

– For best results wash inside out

– Do not allow your garment to come in contact with direct heat

MERINO & WOOL

TIPS & TRICKS

Make sure when you're washing your Nuyarn® merino or wool garment that it is on a delicate cycle and that you use wool detergent only.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

– Turn inside out, cold machine wash on delicate cycle with wool detergent

– Do not bleach, wring or tumble dry

– Dry flat in shade

– Cool iron on reverse if needed

– Do not dry clean
