Great addition to my Swazi gear!

My wife bought me a swazi stalker jacket for Christmas this year. It is a great jacket for layering, with room to layer up for the cold which is perfect right now for the -27 C we are experiencing in northern BC ( Canada). It will also work well for breaking the wind and protection from the wind and rain this coming fall when I am out hunting. I also envision that it will be my go to coat this spring and summer when needing to break the wind or keep me dry. Another great one to add to my collection of Swazi gear.

What is the Swazi Warranty?

All Swazi garments are unconditionally warranted against faulty fabric and workmanship. We reserve the right to repair or replace at our discretion. We have a specific page for more details on our warranty and repairs and returns policies here.

Will I have to pay customs on an international order?

International customers are solely responsible for payment of all duties, import taxes and customs fees.

These fees are not included in the cost of shipping and we are unable to provide estimates of what this will cost as it will depend entirely on the garment and what charges your own government imposes.

Please check with your local customs agent for more details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders very quickly, which means in most cases, we can't make changes after an order has been placed. We definitely cannot make changes after we have sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

In saying that, if you have already placed an order and would like to cancel or change it, please email us service@swazi.co.nz or call 64 6 368 4822 within 2 hours of placing your order. We will do the best we can.
