Your essential outer layer (shell), Swazi wet weather jackets made from the best fabrics in the world, they are also designed specifically for the job of keeping you dry. Couple with insulating mid layers and base layers, Swazi's wet weather clothing will see you right in almost any weather mother nature can throw at you.

Windproof

Windshield Outer Layers provide total all round wind protection with extra warmth and comfort for when it comes in hard and cold!

Breathable

There's no point in wearing something that keeps out the rain if it keeps in the sweat - you still get wet!

We spend 2 years perfecting AEGIS® so that we ended up with a fabric that never gets wet, never let's moisture in from the outside, but lets moisture (perspiration) out. It breathes, but only in one direction (bit scary using that phrase these days...)

Great looking garments with superb performance mean this range is so stylish and so comfortable you will want to wear it all of the time.

Key Features

Class TTMC-W Known as Transit Approved, these garments have been deemed certified compliant when wet for fabric colour, retro-reflectivity (reflective taping) company logo placement (yes, that's crucial too) and garment design. This testing is a combination of AS/NZS 4602.1:2011 and the Code of Practice for Temporary Traffic Management 4th Edition (CoPTTM 4th Ed.)

While that seems quite a mouthful, it boils down to these garments are certified for TTMC-W. as well as being Class D/N, so are suitable for Day or Night use on or near roads.

Extra long, full-length 2-way YKK water resistant zip to ensure the jacket is as easy to get on as it is to get off. Use the top puller to zip it up closed, or use the bottom puller if you want more breathing room down under.

A super tough Polyester Oxford and Nylon backing, made to take the rough and tumble of industrial, construction and any outdoors profession where hard wearing garments are a must.
Now made with a more environmentally friendly C6 DWR

Fabric Care:
Machine wash warm. Wash separately. Rinse thoroughly. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Tumble dry warm or line dry. Dry cleanable.

Not bad, not bad

Two things I don’t like is the zip when done all the way to the top pushes into my windpipe when you’re bent over picking up stuff/working, kind of bunches up and secondly is the jacket hangs a bit to low and is restrictive on the thighs when walking up a hill or climbing up stairs etc. (Could leave a section of the side seam at the bottom unstitched would help). The jacket’s still pretty new at this stage so these issues may go away once it’s worn in a bit more. If you’re on the traffic management crew and do FA all day you’ll be sweet haha. Waterproofing is good haven’t got wet wearing them, material is nice and light and drys quickly. Overall the jackets very good quality. To early to comment on durability but it’s holding up good thus far.

Just Simply the Best Rainwear Money can Buy!

Even after having extremely high expectations (prior to purchasing) for this jacket to be exceptional. Swazi’s reputation for creating quality & functional clothing is well known. But with this jacket, I feel Swazi have achieved a new standard in workwear / raincoats. It’s only once you receive & use this jacket for the first time, you can see & understand, Swazi have absolutely created the best quality jacket money can buy! A big call I know, But this jacket continuously delivers absolutely amazing levels of comfort, warmth & dryness! Even after your 14hr shift outside, being exposed to the harshest weather conditions, from the violent wind & rain to the extreme cold & dark, no matter what the conditions. I’ve never felt so fresh at the end of a day, it defies belief!

Plus, Add Swazi’s Hi-Viz pants & you have the complete business!

So, Believe it you will not find better at any price!

Ripper Coat

It is great, well worth the money.

In and out of a truck a lot and the seat stays dry.

The sweat does not build up like entry level raincoats.

I was concerned that it might be tight fitting as I am on the size limit, but there is plenty of room and comfortable. I would get another one in years to come if I have not kicked the bucket.

Another great piece of Swazi kit in my locker.

Love the high collar on this jacket, giving you an incredible wind proof without the hood up.

The hood itself gives you fantastic rain & wind protection.

The design on these jackets is by far one of the best in all round weather protection. I went for the Saturn this time, for the hi-viz, for work.

Combined with the over pants & the Skye suit, my winter working days are going to be warm & dry.

Do you have Swazi retail stores?

What is the Swazi Warranty?

All Swazi garments are unconditionally warranted against faulty fabric and workmanship. We reserve the right to repair or replace at our discretion. We have a specific page for more details on our warranty and repairs and returns policies here.

Will I have to pay customs on an international order?

International customers are solely responsible for payment of all duties, import taxes and customs fees.

These fees are not included in the cost of shipping and we are unable to provide estimates of what this will cost as it will depend entirely on the garment and what charges your own government imposes.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders very quickly, which means in most cases, we can't make changes after an order has been placed. We definitely cannot make changes after we have sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

In saying that, if you have already placed an order and would like to cancel or change it, please email us service@swazi.co.nz or call 64 6 368 4822 within 2 hours of placing your order. We will do the best we can.
