Well, chaps this came as a fantastic surprise. The box contained a Tahr Anorak, a fleece top and trousers, a singlet, and a keyring, with an additional cool sticker so if you add this all up it is well worth the gamble haha. I have wanted a Tahr jacket for years and now I do. Cheers team!

All Swazi garments are unconditionally warranted against faulty fabric and workmanship. We reserve the right to repair or replace at our discretion. We have a specific page for more details on our warranty and repairs and returns policies here.
International customers are solely responsible for payment of all duties, import taxes and customs fees.
These fees are not included in the cost of shipping and we are unable to provide estimates of what this will cost as it will depend entirely on the garment and what charges your own government imposes.

We process orders very quickly, which means in most cases, we can't make changes after an order has been placed. We definitely cannot make changes after we have sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
In saying that, if you have already placed an order and would like to cancel or change it, please email us service@swazi.co.nz or call 64 6 368 4822 within 2 hours of placing your order. We will do the best we can.
