FIT & SIZING
Expect that familiar Swazi comfort—easy to wear, comfortable to move in and ready to layer up. Choose your usual Swazi size and leave the surprise to us.
Natural Lifetime Warranty. Swazi garments are covered against faulty materials and workmanship for the garment's natural life.
The warranty does not cover:
Accidental damage
Improper care
Negligence
Normal wear and tear
Natural fading or material breakdown over time
Swazi may repair, replace, or decline a claim after assessment.
FLEECE REPAIRS
Applies only to repairable fleece fabric components.
Available for the garment's natural lifetime.
Damage from things like open flames/sparks may not be covered.
AEGIS® Waterproof Repairs
Rips or punctures to AEGIS garments can be repaired.
Repairs are chargeable and assessed individually.
Repair work is charged at NZ$80 per hour.

Mystery box review
This was sooooo much fun whenever I’ve bought gear in the past I’ve seen it tried it on and known exactly if it’s for me or not, but not this time the expectation of what was coming had me literally sweating😅
It arrived while I was away hiking so my flatmate couldn’t help himself and opened it up and sent me some video try ons( I think he pinched a shirt🤣) so while sitting on ridgeline I received the videos 😉
I wish I’d had the vest with me it was bloody windy!
Happy to say that all the gear was perfect size and honestly what I’d have picked if I was in store so good on you guys keep up the awesome work and keep up the mystery boxes they are a bundle of fun right from ordering!

What is the Swazi Warranty?
All Swazi garments are unconditionally warranted against faulty fabric and workmanship. We reserve the right to repair or replace at our discretion. We have a specific page for more details on our warranty and repairs and returns policies here.
Will I have to pay customs on an international order?
International customers are solely responsible for payment of all duties, import taxes and customs fees.
These fees are not included in the cost of shipping and we are unable to provide estimates of what this will cost as it will depend entirely on the garment and what charges your own government imposes.
Please check with your local customs agent for more details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders very quickly, which means in most cases, we can't make changes after an order has been placed. We definitely cannot make changes after we have sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
In saying that, if you have already placed an order and would like to cancel or change it, please email us service@swazi.co.nz or call 64 6 368 4822 within 2 hours of placing your order. We will do the best we can.
