We worked for three years testing these weather-resistant outdoor trousers on four continents to get them right. Hard yards, but someone had to do them because most hunting trousers simply aren’t “fit for purpose” – pun intended.
For example, have you ever hunted with a mate who’s swishing along in baggy trou – blissfully unaware they sound like an 80’s icon in a shell suit? Then you get it. Less noise equals warm barrels.
That’s why we’ve cut the Forest Pants a bit slimmer. So, we also suggest you go one size up from your normal jeans size.
What else? Plenty of pockets, thigh vents for when you need to dump heat, articulated knees, removable knee pads, sturdy dry bum backside (much of hunting is sitting) and weather-resistant fabric. You may well have found your new favourite hunting, hiking and hanging out pants.

Used in anger over the weekend for wilding pines and are my new favourite bit of kit - comfortable for a long day, stretchy, zip pockets and somehow not hot in the sun but warm in the shade at altitude. The removeable knee pads sound like a gimmick but are a gamechanger, can't recommend these enough.
Purchased size up as recommended and are a great fit.
