I haven't had a chance to try out the pants yet. Did try them on, they fit and feel great. I have two c swazi coats. They are great, get lots of complements! No charge for the lone "c". Your products are outstanding. I love the coats and am sure i will love the pants. Got them after an antelope hunt crawling through flat cactus, rather painful to the kneecap!

Excellent quality just too warm

The pants are sturdy and great to work in. They do get very hot once worn, but the knee pads and comfort would make me buy them again - but only if they come on special price again

Totally love these pants

My goto trousers, bought another pair since I needed to send my 5 yr old ones in, I had broken a pocket zip crawling over rock, Not only did they replace the zip but also repaired some knee pad damage (I’m pretty hard on my gear) & got them back to me pronto. I’v had other gear that don’t go the distance like my Swazi stuff goes, so Thankyou team for standing behind what you make keep up the good work .

Do you have Swazi retail stores?

What is the Swazi Warranty?

All Swazi garments are unconditionally warranted against faulty fabric and workmanship. We reserve the right to repair or replace at our discretion. We have a specific page for more details on our warranty and repairs and returns policies here.

Will I have to pay customs on an international order?

International customers are solely responsible for payment of all duties, import taxes and customs fees.

These fees are not included in the cost of shipping and we are unable to provide estimates of what this will cost as it will depend entirely on the garment and what charges your own government imposes.

Please check with your local customs agent for more details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders very quickly, which means in most cases, we can't make changes after an order has been placed. We definitely cannot make changes after we have sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

In saying that, if you have already placed an order and would like to cancel or change it, please email us service@swazi.co.nz or call 64 6 368 4822 within 2 hours of placing your order. We will do the best we can.
