Kevin Hennessy

Kevin is a certified mountain rescue climber, certified search and rescue tracker, certified sailor, he holds 3 black belts (Taekwon-do, Ju-jitsu and Tai-jitsu) and has been a law enforcement officer, a firefighter and an EMT all in the state of Idaho.

Kevin's lived in the US for 8 years now. Originally born and raised in England where he studied survival with some of the top in the field (including the one and only Ray Mears!).

He's solo driven coast to coast in the US and visited 43 of the 50 states. He now lives at around 4000 feet in the rocky mountains with, get this... 7 children and his (clearly) amazing wife. The family all hike, hunt, kayak and canoe and run a small 6 acre farm where his wife Miranda uses goats milk from the farm to make her very popular goats milk soap.

He's recently started his own photography company which has taken off flying!

He's been a Swazi fan for going on 20 years now when the first item purchased was the original Tahr jacket. He reckons it's "still an amazing jacket to this day."

Hunters and Visual Story Tellers

Hi, we are Dillon and Shali! We run a company called Flint Mountain Media; we create authentic visual stories that encapsulate the beauty and cherished moments of hunting in the Western U.S. We find solace in the beauty and peace the outdoors can bring but also understand and respect how harsh and violent mother nature can be. We love to go camping, hunting, and 4-wheeling. When we aren’t hunting, camping, or editing; Dillon is running his electrical business and I run my education business teaching kids how to read.

Our goal is to share authentic outdoor experiences that connect people to the beauty of nature. We love to harvest and process our own animals. It provides a deeper connection to nature and where our food comes from. Hunting isn’t just about the harvest, it is also about the time spent in nature, time spent with those you love, and making everlasting memories that you can always cherish.

Spending so much time outdoors means that we have experienced varying temperatures and weather. We need gear that works! We have tried many products and they didn’t hold up to the challenge. This is when we found Swazi. They provide gear that is up to the task of mountain hunting. Whether it's wicking sweat or keeping you warm and dry we know we can depend on Swazi.
