My favourite jacket 95% of the time!
It’s pretty awesome for almost every situation. I walk the dogs in it - plenty of storage for leads, treats and so on. I shoot in it (could do with U.K. Barbour style washable game pockets), I’ve been to concerts in it, I’ve been to the supermarket in it. I even took it to Iceland on a photo trip!
Unless it’s very cold indeed or very wet indeed, this coat is the business.
I’d like Velcro on the cuffs please.

Swazi's Swiss Army Knife
I agree with other reviewers about the Windriver:
Compared with rain jackets that rely on the warmth of your underlying clothing, this jacket is itself very warm, giving you the added benefit of a quietly satisfied smile as you step out on those cold, wet and windy days.
Swazi may not be able to call this jacket waterproof, but unless you're planning on spending hours non-stop in the rain, it's basically waterproof for most everyday situations you'll find yourself in. That being said, I have also spent hours in the rain wearing it and nothing has come through so my waterproofing test continues for a jacket that doesn't even claim to be!
Everything else about the jacket holds true to other Swazi gear - deep pockets (that are also warm and zip-sealed in the Windriver), great zips, great fit (esp. length), great durability.
Difficult to imagine a world where you wouldn't be grateful that you'd made the decision to click the buy button on this. Money very well spent. Thanks for another great bit of gear, Swazi :)

Agree with another reviewer: pretty much 'the' one jacket
Although they are unable to say that it is waterproof, it pretty well is for most use-cases. Combining wind-proofing, water-almost-proofing, and actual warmth into one jacket. It's a must from the Swazi range.

As good as the feedback indicated.
Great zip, pockets and construction. I've been using it a lot recently and I'm stoked with the comfort level.
I've changed from Stka due to poor zip quality.
