SWAZI WAPITI XP MEN'S HUNTING JACKET

This is my second wapiti jacket, the first having done 10 years hard work was stolen. I have a tahr coat as well, but really like the extra pockets and full length zip on the wapiti jacket, so I purchased a replacement.

Having used one for years, and being impressed with its wind proofing, water proofing and ability to handle serious work for years, I purchased another for my son in law who is just getting into NZ hunting and he (ex the UK) is over the moon on just how well it works in all situations….deer in the Kaimanawas or tahr in the Mt Cook region. The Swazi gear is just so hard to beat…my other hunting son in law found that out to his cost! He now wears Swazi….

Excellentissimus ! I love this jacket ! Wait for rainy and windy ( dreich 😊 ) days , to be able to wear it . Watch the size , I ‘m between M and L , but more often L now 😵‍💫 , and for me this jacket in size L is more than enough . But still a very good jacket .

I have had this for over 10 years. Very well designed. I use it all winter while snowshoeing. Weather is often windy and always below freezing. Hood gives excellent coverage. It could use pit zips as I sweat a lot in heavy going. There isn’t much rain here but has been good the few times it has.
