FUNCTION

Cold Weather Protection

Wool is one of the most effective natural forms of all-weather protection. It has a naturally high UV resistance, is flame retardant, and can regulate body temperature by absorbing and releasing moisture away from the body. Wool is ideal for year-round comfort, it is never too hot or never too cold. The fibres resilience ensures garments keep their easy care quality for years.

Fantastic jumper just what I wanted, great quality and a great feel when wearing. I wasn’t sure what to expect to expect ordering from the internet lol but was so glad to receive a product that lived up to the description on the Swazi website, yes it’s a little pricey but you pay for quality and you get it. Thanks Swazi it’s a 10/10 from me. 😃👍🏻

I’m not really happy as I only purchased this item as the cairnsman was out of stock in XL

imagine my supprize when this turned up in 2XL which is too big for me! I replied to the confirmation email explaining this and was completely ignored! After the thousands of dollars I’ve spent with swazi over the years I wasn’t happy and still arn’t

Do you have Swazi retail stores?

What is the Swazi Warranty?

All Swazi garments are unconditionally warranted against faulty fabric and workmanship. We reserve the right to repair or replace at our discretion. We have a specific page for more details on our warranty and repairs and returns policies here.

Will I have to pay customs on an international order?

International customers are solely responsible for payment of all duties, import taxes and customs fees.

These fees are not included in the cost of shipping and we are unable to provide estimates of what this will cost as it will depend entirely on the garment and what charges your own government imposes.

Please check with your local customs agent for more details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders very quickly, which means in most cases, we can't make changes after an order has been placed. We definitely cannot make changes after we have sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

In saying that, if you have already placed an order and would like to cancel or change it, please email us service@swazi.co.nz or call 64 6 368 4822 within 2 hours of placing your order. We will do the best we can.
