Great hoodie

Nice and light but very warm. I use it on the farm most days unless its in the wash as part of a layering system. Would be great to have a 2nd one for those days

Great jumper, he asked me to pick it up when in NZ recently, but I didn’t realise I could buy in AU.

The whole family in matching hoods

I have worn the hood for 10 years. I even grew into an xtra large from a large in these years.

I recently lost my favourite hood, someone probably nicked it ( its that good)

I bought one for my son(14) and he has gone from medium up to a large, and now I have even convinced me wife to wear his old one.

She is more confortable in gym gear and yoga pants, but I think she will come around.

Do you have Swazi retail stores?

What is the Swazi Warranty?

All Swazi garments are unconditionally warranted against faulty fabric and workmanship. We reserve the right to repair or replace at our discretion. We have a specific page for more details on our warranty and repairs and returns policies here.

Will I have to pay customs on an international order?

International customers are solely responsible for payment of all duties, import taxes and customs fees.

These fees are not included in the cost of shipping and we are unable to provide estimates of what this will cost as it will depend entirely on the garment and what charges your own government imposes.

Please check with your local customs agent for more details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders very quickly, which means in most cases, we can't make changes after an order has been placed. We definitely cannot make changes after we have sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

In saying that, if you have already placed an order and would like to cancel or change it, please email us service@swazi.co.nz or call 64 6 368 4822 within 2 hours of placing your order. We will do the best we can.
