Clansman Hoodie

Hi guys, I have been a customer to Swazi since the early days when Davey first set out on this fantastic journey. Think early 80s ? I am still wearing Swazi gear from back then. This latest purchase for my son was great but missed the made by name and seemed lighter quality? Not sure if that's correct? Keep up good work!

Honestly the best hoodies I’ve ever worn

I’m afraid to count how many of these I’ve owned, maybe a dozen, there’s just something indescribable about them, so soft and warm, and darn near indestructible. This most recent one had some fancier drawstrings on it that I really liked. I’ll continue to buy these forever.

Do you have Swazi retail stores?

What is the Swazi Warranty?

All Swazi garments are unconditionally warranted against faulty fabric and workmanship. We reserve the right to repair or replace at our discretion. We have a specific page for more details on our warranty and repairs and returns policies here.

Will I have to pay customs on an international order?

International customers are solely responsible for payment of all duties, import taxes and customs fees.

These fees are not included in the cost of shipping and we are unable to provide estimates of what this will cost as it will depend entirely on the garment and what charges your own government imposes.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders very quickly, which means in most cases, we can't make changes after an order has been placed. We definitely cannot make changes after we have sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

In saying that, if you have already placed an order and would like to cancel or change it, please email us service@swazi.co.nz or call 64 6 368 4822 within 2 hours of placing your order. We will do the best we can.
