Water proof jackets

A few years ago I got a version of this jacket for winter fly fishing in the Tongariro. Underneath the jacket I had my dry waders. Unfortunately the zip on this jacket was only 3/4 length, so in order to take a nature break you had to remove the jacket over your head. Which meant you were exposed to the rain. I did request many years ago it would be better if they made it with a full length zip.I don't think they have done this following my recomendation however i'm looking forwward to using it this week on the Tongariro, given that the forcast is rain, rain and more rain. I have no doubt its going to keep me dry as the original certainly did. PS I have a Torrent as well if it gets completely anal. But my first choice is the Sentinel because it allows more movement when fishing

Do you have Swazi retail stores?

What is the Swazi Warranty?

All Swazi garments are unconditionally warranted against faulty fabric and workmanship. We reserve the right to repair or replace at our discretion. We have a specific page for more details on our warranty and repairs and returns policies here.

Will I have to pay customs on an international order?

International customers are solely responsible for payment of all duties, import taxes and customs fees.

These fees are not included in the cost of shipping and we are unable to provide estimates of what this will cost as it will depend entirely on the garment and what charges your own government imposes.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders very quickly, which means in most cases, we can't make changes after an order has been placed. We definitely cannot make changes after we have sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

In saying that, if you have already placed an order and would like to cancel or change it, please email us service@swazi.co.nz or call 64 6 368 4822 within 2 hours of placing your order. We will do the best we can.
