Whisper overpants
First impressions are good. Went out in really wet weather and my lower levels remained perfectly dry (which is less than can be said for the upper levels which were being "protected" by another brand of waterproof jacket which leaked like a sieve from brand new. Went out the next day and got a Tahr anorak.). These pants are lightweight and easy to put on/take off, helped by the low zips and poppers. Scuff guard at the bottom is a good touch too. They work as intended and you cannot ask for much more than that. In contrast, I bought another pair of waterproof pants a while ago from another company and they were absolute shite even though they cost more. That company is probably spending more on flashy photoshoots with their pretty boy models and their designer stubble and rufty tufty good looks instead of making quality goods. Anyway, I would recommend these pants. Lightweight, well designed, packable and functional. And no pretty boys in sight. Could possibly be a bit leaner on the price but buy once cry once (instead of buy twice cry twice which is what happened with the jacket).
