The only Swazi purchase that I've ever regretted
This is my "midnight blue" rugger. Sure doesn't look anything like the picture in your online catalog. I've been purchasing Swazi gear since I was introduced to it on a trip to NZ back in 2002. I give Swazi to my buddies to introduce them to your stuff.
Sorry guys but this one is a 'dud'. I think someone needs to go check the shipping shelves because I can't be the only guy that got a nearly black rugger. I really liked the look of the blue rugger in the photo...but this isn't it.
By the way, I'm not a guy that fills out one star reviews...but I was truly disappointed in this product

Do you have Swazi retail stores?
We do have a Swazi shop right next door to Swazi HQ here in Levin, New Zealand.

What is the Swazi Warranty?
All Swazi garments are unconditionally warranted against faulty fabric and workmanship. We reserve the right to repair or replace at our discretion. We have a specific page for more details on our warranty and repairs and returns policies here.
Will I have to pay customs on an international order?
International customers are solely responsible for payment of all duties, import taxes and customs fees.
These fees are not included in the cost of shipping and we are unable to provide estimates of what this will cost as it will depend entirely on the garment and what charges your own government imposes.
Please check with your local customs agent for more details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders very quickly, which means in most cases, we can't make changes after an order has been placed. We definitely cannot make changes after we have sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
In saying that, if you have already placed an order and would like to cancel or change it, please email us service@swazi.co.nz or call 64 6 368 4822 within 2 hours of placing your order. We will do the best we can.
