The journey

My initial order was processed and received quickly. Sadly, I ordered the wrong size.

The returns process was smooth and efficient, returned on Tuesday, contacted Wednesdayto advise only one farm sock was available in the correct size and one hunter, I took advantage of this.

My new pack arrived Friday. Great turn around , great service.

The hunter sock was unpacked and has been worn through the weekend. Thick, warm and a great fit in large.

The Best

I spend a decent chunk of my day at work on the hoof sometimes up to 10km walking on chunky rail ballast in Steel Cap Boots. Been through a few different brands of Merino work socks to try and find what works best and these are the most comfortable and hardwearing especially on the heels. They don't sag or slip or stretch too much either. I bought one pair to try out and have not looked back since.

My feet have officially retired from reality.

I didn’t buy socks; I adopted two thick, woolly life partners. These Swazi Farm Socks are so sturdy that when I take them off, they stay standing upright like two hollow monoliths guarding the bed. I’m fairly certain if I left them in the paddock, they’d start their own farm and do a better job than me. The cushioning is so intense it feels like walking on two very supportive, very silent Labradors. My boots don't even fit anymore—the socks are the captain now. If the apocalypse hits, I’m not grabbing my passport; I’m grabbing these. I might be starving, but my toes will be invincible.

Pros: Basically bulletproof; warmer than a campfire hug.

Cons: I’m pretty sure they’re starting a cult in my sock drawer.

Also for age range, these are perfect for anyone!

What is the Swazi Warranty?

All Swazi garments are unconditionally warranted against faulty fabric and workmanship. We reserve the right to repair or replace at our discretion. We have a specific page for more details on our warranty and repairs and returns policies here.

Will I have to pay customs on an international order?

International customers are solely responsible for payment of all duties, import taxes and customs fees.

These fees are not included in the cost of shipping and we are unable to provide estimates of what this will cost as it will depend entirely on the garment and what charges your own government imposes.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders very quickly, which means in most cases, we can't make changes after an order has been placed. We definitely cannot make changes after we have sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

In saying that, if you have already placed an order and would like to cancel or change it, please email us service@swazi.co.nz or call 64 6 368 4822 within 2 hours of placing your order. We will do the best we can.
