The Kagoule is made from our new generation of AEGIS® Watershield Whisper fabric, which is soft, light, very quiet and of course, very waterproof. We recently updated the Kagoule with new fabric, adding in a bit of stretch and a shorter nap that allows the jacket to dry much faster.

Features amazing freedom of movement, chest pocket with rivetted radio antenna easement channelled through the rubber chest label, plus has an opening within the jacket to allow microphone access. These two features are excellent for radio contact with hunting companions or monitoring a hunting dog's position.

Top opening pocket with large handwarmer pocket on the sides, and of course, the legendary Swazi high periphery vision hood.

We were one of the first in the world to produce a soft, quiet, tough, and durable rain garment. Made from a Polyester brushed tricot knit, with an eco-friendly 80/20 DWR (80% water-free in spray tests after 20 washes).

Dry as

It was pissing down and I was out in it when I realised I don't actually own a serious raincoat. Right, time to check Swazi. Decent sizes, and good quality. So I bought one of these. Love it, its quiet so quiet I can sneak up un my Jack Russell while wearing it and scare the crap outta him. And its serious when it comes to keeping my dry. In a heavy rain I was as dry as a dead dingos dicky in the desert. Big pockets and great storage too. Id expect it as its not a cheapy but ya get what ya pay for. I paid for high function, expert design and quality. I got it. Well done Swazi Id trust this coat in any weather.

Good Quality Jacket

Very impressed with my Kagoule, true to size and super comfortable and soft jacket. Have worn it out on multiple hikes and has performed super well protecting me well while out on the tops. The chest pocket is huge and able to fit a heap in there. It would be nice to have a warmer “kangaroo” pocket (with a warm liner?) to stick your hands in while waiting around!

Would definitely recommend the Kagoule!

Do you have Swazi retail stores?

What is the Swazi Warranty?

All Swazi garments are unconditionally warranted against faulty fabric and workmanship. We reserve the right to repair or replace at our discretion. We have a specific page for more details on our warranty and repairs and returns policies here.

Will I have to pay customs on an international order?

International customers are solely responsible for payment of all duties, import taxes and customs fees.

These fees are not included in the cost of shipping and we are unable to provide estimates of what this will cost as it will depend entirely on the garment and what charges your own government imposes.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders very quickly, which means in most cases, we can't make changes after an order has been placed. We definitely cannot make changes after we have sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

In saying that, if you have already placed an order and would like to cancel or change it, please email us service@swazi.co.nz or call 64 6 368 4822 within 2 hours of placing your order. We will do the best we can.
