The Jack Frost is a warm, insulated outer layer built to trap and retain heat — which means it runs closer to the body than a standard fleece or waterproof jacket. The fit is intentionally snug to maximise insulation performance without adding unnecessary bulk.

Fit: Close-fitting through the chest and body to maximise heat retention — less room for layering than a standard outer layer
Layering: Designed to sit over a base layer or light mid layer — a heavier fleece underneath will make the fit feel tight and reduce insulation efficiency
Shoulders: Seamless construction gives you freedom to move your arms without restricting the fit at the shoulders
Arms: Shaped elbows make reaching and working more comfortable without compromising the close fit through the sleeve

What is the Swazi Warranty?

Will I have to pay customs on an international order?

International customers are solely responsible for payment of all duties, import taxes and customs fees.

These fees are not included in the cost of shipping and we are unable to provide estimates of what this will cost as it will depend entirely on the garment and what charges your own government imposes.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders very quickly, which means in most cases, we can't make changes after an order has been placed. We definitely cannot make changes after we have sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

In saying that, if you have already placed an order and would like to cancel or change it, please email us service@swazi.co.nz or call 64 6 368 4822 within 2 hours of placing your order. We will do the best we can.
