IPOTANE PANTS

If you are humming and harring about these pants like i did. Buy them! They do come with a decent price tag but when the arrive you’ll feel the quality in the material and they fit as if they are tailor made, they move in the right places. Been for 5 or so hunts in them and love them. You won’t regret it. They offer afterpay so chuck em there to make it seem cheaper hahaha. Only scuffle is my size in grey werent available but the green is awesome too!

Awesome pants, got stretch in all the right places. fit true to size.

Only complaint is the Velcro on the pockets needs to go and put snap domes on the pockets and bottom of the pants.

Perfect, could do with a tan/tussock coloured option

Just warm enough on a cold morning and won't overheat when the sun is up, fairly wind proof, perfect all round pants when out and about in the bush. The dogs fur brushes off easily. 36" waist is my normal size and these fit just right.

Bought on Wellington Anniversary day and used frequently since.

Great:

* Very heavy duty, going into thick bush is not an issue

* Good, discrete colour

* Flexible and mobile

Good:

+ Decently vented (could always use more vents, but they don't boil me alive)

Could use work:

- Pants wore unevenly in the beginning but now that they are properly broken in they are fantastic.

- They do not wick moisture as quickly as I would hope (The main fabric is almost half cotton so I suppose it is to be expected), but except for in medium-to-heavy rain it's not a substantial enough issue.

- A bit too long pant leg for me, and folding them I suspect will wear them in the fold lines faster

A wish for a future iteration would be removable legs to transform them into shorts (and optionally have the removed pant legs used as gaiters?)

Despite the few issues I have had with them, I hope to use them for years to come, down to their last thread. Great product overall, as always
