The Kids Cloud Jacket is a lightweight insulated winter outer layer, designed to provide plenty of warmth without the weight or bulk of a traditional winter jacket. Its comfortable fit leaves room for everyday layers underneath, while the curved drop-tail hem and water-resistant details provide extra coverage and protection for active kids outdoors.
Fit: Comfortable through the chest and body with room for normal winter layers underneath
Layering: Designed as an outer layer, with enough space for a base layer or fleece underneath
Movement: One-piece shoulder yoke improves comfort and allows natural movement when reaching, climbing and playing
Body: Curved drop-tail hem provides extra coverage through the back, while forward-set hand pockets are easy to access while moving
Arms: Water-resistant cuffs help keep sleeves dry and provide a comfortable fit around the wrists
Hood: Elastic-bound hood sits comfortably around the head and provides additional warmth

Natural Lifetime Warranty. Swazi garments are covered against faulty materials and workmanship for the garment's natural life.
The warranty does not cover:
Accidental damage
Improper care
Negligence
Normal wear and tear
Natural fading or material breakdown over time
Swazi may repair, replace, or decline a claim after assessment.
FLEECE REPAIRS
Applies only to repairable fleece fabric components.
Available for the garment's natural lifetime.
Damage from things like open flames/sparks may not be covered.
AEGIS® Waterproof Repairs
Rips or punctures to AEGIS garments can be repaired.
Repairs are chargeable and assessed individually.
Repair work is charged at NZ$80 per hour.

What is the Swazi Warranty?
All Swazi garments are unconditionally warranted against faulty fabric and workmanship. We reserve the right to repair or replace at our discretion. We have a specific page for more details on our warranty and repairs and returns policies here.
Will I have to pay customs on an international order?
International customers are solely responsible for payment of all duties, import taxes and customs fees.
These fees are not included in the cost of shipping and we are unable to provide estimates of what this will cost as it will depend entirely on the garment and what charges your own government imposes.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders very quickly, which means in most cases, we can't make changes after an order has been placed. We definitely cannot make changes after we have sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
In saying that, if you have already placed an order and would like to cancel or change it, please email us service@swazi.co.nz or call 64 6 368 4822 within 2 hours of placing your order. We will do the best we can.
