Bonded polyester thread, reinforced shoulders, and top-grade webbing come together with our thickest, most comfortable 350gsm fleece. Every stitch is crafted to ensure you get the ultimate comfortable and practical hunting utility bag.
The bumbag is separated from the main pikau (a pack, knapsack, or rucksack), by an ingenious one-piece canvas wall, to prevent seepage from meat or capes into the lower bag. Unfolded, the Buffalo Bag zips out to make a large and comfortable day bag. Belt locks have independent locking systems and the ergonomic design aids with heavy carries adding balance and control.

After getting by with a pikau style bag for many years, this was a nice upgrade. I wanted something fairly light and compactable for throwing in the bigger pack on longer trips. Reasonably comfortable and quiet in the bush. Versatile design while maintaining simplicity. Only small mod I did was to add a hook at the top to hold my water bladder.

Best day bag. This is my third one of these. I have put this one away in case they stop making them again. First one lasted many years but now a bit tired. Second one still going strong.

Had my Swazi Buffalo Bumbag for 20 years. Both my sons use Buffalo Bag👍Compact to hunt with. Bush hunt as Bumbag, open country full pack. Rollout top of pack to carry meat out or gear as day warms an layers go. The zips have been incredibly strong. Often 2 back legs in and zip won't close. Zips partly closed hold it with no damage to zip. Fabric does not tear yet its lightweight.
The only improvement would be Bumbag zip tab stronger. The metal tab did break. Swazi replaced, no charge.
