I’m crazy about Swazi stuff but I may not purchase anything else. WhenI ordered there was no estimate of import duty and subsequently the delivery company informed me of a duty charge that was more than half the cost of the shirt and that if I didn’t pay the item would be returned to Swazi with no refund. So even though Swazi products are high quality between the high shipping cost and the duty charges it makes it uneconomical to purchase.

We process orders very quickly, which means in most cases, we can't make changes after an order has been placed. We definitely cannot make changes after we have sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
In saying that, if you have already placed an order and would like to cancel or change it, please email us service@swazi.co.nz or call 64 6 368 4822 within 2 hours of placing your order. We will do the best we can.
