I bought this 6 months ago for xmas, reviewed it without actually having used it. Great sized mug, BUT don't put wine in it, as it tarnishes the inside contact surface if left for a few hours, looks terrible, just as if it had had tea in it for years. The tarnish can't be washed off, I called customer services and they were bemused, and said they would 'keep an eye on it in the future', I thought, how does that help!. I doubt if this review will make it to "public view", so be it.

She’s good. Keeps my brew hot on a cold day, good volume too.

She's a beauty. Brought for my son as a Christmas present, as he is flatting it would be a keen person to steal it, so easy to recognize.

A couple of thoughts, which has most probably been discussed. Swazi emblem both sides and maybe an option to have the persons name added for an extra cost.
