At last a sock that has all the padding in the right places. I usually get a lot of blisters but so far none with these fellas, I'll be upgrading my sock drawer with some more of these puppies. The Marino mix gives a good warmth too for those bleak days which is a bonus.

I am always a sucker for new socks. Blisters are very common for me due to some feet issues. Socks that claim to be the best ever are tempting. So I bought a pair of Ranger socks - very comfortable first one - Left and right footed which I always like. Used on a hard 3 day tramp (same socks for 3 days walking climbing gnarly hills - took off at night for hut and sleeping bag) and they lived up to their reputation. Dry very fast and super comfy. No blisters either so impressed especially as boots were quite new. Best socks ever - not sure - but they are very very good and are my new favs - so I am happy to endorse . One thing I did note - they seemed a little large initially out of packet but one light wash and they were true to size. So wash before wearing would be my advice.
