With the Rockies out your front door, you need a little 4WD now and then to see you through the rough stuff. Having a well-stocked wardrobe of Swazi already, I was in no way hesitant in getting some more. Yeah, it’s an addiction I think. I’ve been waiting to get my paws on these pants for a few years and now that I have them, I wish I had done it sooner. Grumble. I’m constantly choosing my Bush Pants or Dribacks for numerous outdoor activities through out the year, but during the cooler months when the icy winds race across the high rocks or straight down from the Arctic, one needs a little help shielding your personal Khyber pass. So far my jaunts in the 4WDs has seen excellent performance against biting blasts and skiffs of snow while maintaining comfortable warmth. I also love the way the zippered cuffs fit snuggly over my hiking boots to help keep out the bits and pieces of nature as you are scrambling around. One thing these pants need is a set of 4 wide belt loops. I feel absolutely naked without a hip knife or multiplex tool strapped to my side….may the designer gods at Swazi hear my plea.

Love these pants. I love in Alaska and use them all year round!

Bought for winter 4wd trips. Used in snow and rain, no wind gets through and they dry nice and fast. Warmest pants I have ever owned. I'm 6' 5" and 135kg, the 2XL were almost too big, I'd reccomened going a size down but having the extra room is good too.

Pant holds position well on hips with adjustable belt.

Bought in versatile green colour to match my Severn top as mid layer clothing for Alpine or other hunting scenarios.
