Awesome windproof jacket
Been wanting one of these for a while and picked one up on special and stoked with it. As always very well made, not too heavy but blocks the wind well and has a drawstring so you can cinch it tight round the waist and zip it up when it gets a bit cold or drop the zip to dump some heat. Fits well and not tight round the neck when done up like some other jackets. Kangaroo pockets a nice addition and the chest pocket very sturdy and a generous size and no noisy velcro. Looking good on the hills or the farm or even having a cold one at the pub ;)

Should of had this
Years ago I went on a hunt during the roar to the Big River catchment in southern Fiordland. Was pretty cold most of the time but especially so when a storm hit. Windchill was enough to freeze the nuts off a brass monkey. I was using top end Cabela’s Goretex gear but couldn’t get warm. My hunting mate took his Goretex duck jacket with its liner and was fine. Came home and immediately purchased a Severn top. Never been cold since. This purchase is for my son so he can’t complain.

Another great product from Swazi
Love the Severn. Only reason it is not a rating of 5 is because the material that lines the sleeves tends to catch on the layer I am wearing underneath. Takes a bit of work to get everything lined out. Great quality and great look. Would like a different lining inside the sleeves.
